Sacramental Records

In addition to Immaculate Conception’s own records, the office maintains the sacramental records of the following closed parishes: St. Mary Magdalene, St. Ann (12th Street) and Mary Help of Christians.

To request a copy of a sacramental certificate, please make the request in writing via email to iccboss@aol.com including as much information as possible (e.g. the date of birth/ date of marriage, names of godparents/witnesses, the church).

Please allow two weeks for processing.

The fee per certificate is $10.00. The fee for genealogical research for records prior to 1930 is $25.00 per name.
